For diamond jewelry : large exchange -15% , resell -25%

For jewelry without diamonds : large exchange -20% , resell -30%

For jewelry designed specifically for you : large exchange -30% , resell -40%

For appraised diamonds : large exchange -5% , resell -10%

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Jewelry must be intact, correct weight recorded in the guarantee paper, not deformed, broken, damaged

Assessed diamonds must be intact, not cracked, chipped, scratched; Weight and specifications must match the guarantee paper and diamond assessment paper

​

Guarantee paper and diamond assessment paper must be intact, not erased, repaired, smeared; The information in the paper is still viewable
